摘要: Abstract The experiment comprised 100 chickens, ducks and geese fed diets based on mixed grains of maize, barley wheat. Nutrient concentrations in the mixtures were accordance with requirements poultry species. birds kept metabolic cages from 1st up to 42nd day life. measurements body weight, activity alpha-amylase lipase pancreatic tissue, enzymatic intestinal wall cells, parameters carbohydrate fermentations, ileal total amino acids digestibility conducted 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 28th life or 14th, pancreas chickens during whole period was quite constant; it very low, but a dynamic increase enzymes observed these birds. low an noted much higher waterfowl than chickens. highest caecal concentration SCFA (Short chain fatty acids) (in high) chickens; values slightly lower ducks. A high (70%) seen young 15-42 days this value amounted 73%. In geese, obtained 63% 43-61%, mean 55%. Faecal had 86% for all species single such as cystine, glycine, histidine tyrosine diversified relatively others.
