摘要: A total of 608 three-week-old male broiler chickens and White Pekin ducks were used in a 5-d trial to compare ileal amino acid (AA) digestibility soybean meal (SBM) canola (CM) using the regression method. corn-casein-cornstarch-based diet was mixed contain 15% CP. Cornstarch replaced with test ingredient (SBM or CM) 18 21% CP 4 other diets. nitrogen-free (NFD) for standardization apparent digestibility. Birds received standard starter (23% CP) from d 0 14 posthatch then 6 experimental diets 5 d. On 19 posthatch, birds asphyxiated CO(2), digesta distal section ileum collected. The AA ingredients assessed by multiple linear analysis data on daily digestible intakes. basal endogenous losses N all significantly higher than those broilers. For intake against intake, there (P < 0.05) Cys Pro compared broilers 0.05). Within species, not different between SBM CM except Lys ducks, results this study showed that have as well estimates derived approach, indicating obtained should be formulate ducks.
