摘要: This study draws on the narrative accounts of caregiving events provided by 100 HIV-negative and HIV-positive partners men with AIDS during their partners' illness. The narratives contain rich detail about wide range skills that these developed over course caregiving. These skills, which go beyond kinds assistance daily activities normally comprise assessments, pertain to provision emotional support, hands-on care, clinical high tech nursing health care advocacy. Because depict in its naturally occurring context, it is also possible describe ways context caregiving, including relationship, illness changes meaning illness, influence development skills.
