摘要: Transmembrane B ephrins and their Eph receptors signal bidirectionally. However, neither the cell biological effects nor transduction mechanisms of reverse are well understood. We describe a cytoplasmic protein, PDZ-RGS3, which binds through PDZ domain, has regulator heterotrimeric G protein signaling (RGS) domain. PDZ-RGS3 can mediate from ephrin-B tail. SDF-1, chemokine with protein-coupled receptor, or BDNF, act as chemoattractants for cerebellar granule cells, SDF-1 action being selectively inhibited by soluble EphB receptor. This study reveals pathway that links to cellular guidance, uncovers novel mode control proteins, demonstrates mechanism selective regulation responsiveness neuronal guidance cues.
