摘要: Primary liver carcinosarcoma is rare. Here we report an unusual case of containing combined hepatocellular cholangiocarcinoma. A mass in the right lobe a 45-year-old man was accidentally discovered by ultrasonic inspection and computed tomography (CT) scan. Surgical resection performed following diagnosis primary cancer. Micropathologically, both carcinomatous sarcomatous elements were present, confirmed. The element consisted carcinoma foci cholangiocellular carcinoma. composed spindle cells bizarre cells, as well osteosarcoma chondrosarcoma. Hepatocellular diffusely expressed hepatocyte specific markers cytokeratin (CK) 8/18 cholangiocyte CK19, sarcoma positive for vimentin. Interestingly, epithelial membrane antigen. CD117-positive ductular reactions small undifferentiated observed. progenitor cell origin proposed.
