摘要: Abstract The solid-state reactions technique is considered as one of the most important and useful methods adopted to prepare superconductors ceramics samples. This method was used in current work Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2W0.2Ca2Cu3O10+δ samples, with different pelletization pressures ranged between 0.2 1.0 GPa sintered at 850 °C for 140 h. WO3 nanoparticles were added BSCCO system 0.2% order improve connectivity grain boundaries then increase dc electrical resistivity oxygen content. X-ray diffraction, SEM Vickers microhardness measurements characterize Considering electrical, structural affected by high pressure. Both critical temperature TC content δ enhanced dramatically pressures, so they reach optimum values 130 K 0.224 respectively, a pressure 0.4 GPa. orthorhombic crystal structure has been seen XRD analysis which presented both Bi-(2223) low Bi-(2212) phases that exist showed common microstructures features plates-like grains randomly distributed across all On other hand, mechanical properties noticed be improved increasing from 0.8 GPa. microhardness, Young modulus yield strength demonstrated drop when increased up 1.0 GPa.
