摘要: Summary Studies investigating the histopathologic response of gastric carcinoma to neoadjuvant treatment have used a variety different tumor regression grading systems. The aim this Delphi survey was review available systems and reach consensus on potential international standard. An e-mail–based involving 6 expert pathologists undertaken between January October 2017. A questionnaire consisting 72 items formed after reviewing 5 Rating done symmetric 4-point Likert-type scale, feedback provided rounds. total 4 rounds were required 97% covering topics: (1) specimen processing, (2) gross examination, (3) cross sectioning/method sampling, (4) staining, (5) immunohistochemistry, (6) assessment in therapy, (7) grading, (8) nodal metastases, (9) role histologic type. Through outcome comprehensive study, group experts is proposing 4-tiered system for primary tumor, combined with 3-tiered lymph node metastases. Grade 1 represents complete response, grade 2 contains less than 10% residual (subtotal regression), 3 50% (partial 4 contains greater (minimal/no regression). addition “a”, “b”, or “c” indicates complete, partial, no It recommended use irrespective subtype.
