摘要: We have studied the X-ray induced conductivity of an iron-doped CdIn2S4 crystal grown by chemical vapor transport. The results demonstrate that doping with 3 mol % Fe increases coefficient a factor 2–8 relative to at effective hardnesses in range 25–50 keV and dose rates E = 0.75–78.05 R/min. photocurrent-dose curves CdIn2S4〈Fe〉 almost no time lag, contrast those CdIn2S4. steady-state current through is power law function rate: I X ∼ α 1 ≤ 2.
