摘要: There is a pressing demand for more accurate characterization of prostate cancer to provide risk-adapted patient-specific therapy, especially with the recent development growing repertoire treatment options. This trend toward personalized care has resulted in need improved prostate-specific imaging order image-guided therapy and facilitate monitoring. In addition these clinical needs, there vision challenge new molecular techniques not only detect tumors but also important information regarding tumor biology prognosis. review presents perspec- tive on imaging, summarizing current conventional approaches focus emerging future positron emission tomography-based radiotracers at different preclinical stages development.
