摘要: Severe obesity is associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and both resolve weight loss after bariatric operations. Intestinal hormones have been identified which are stimulated by rapid nutrient delivery to the lower small bowel certain weight-loss These incretins stimulate secretion hypertrophy of pancreatic beta cells. Surgical procedures now being performed treat in adults lesser weight, importance ruling out latent autoimmune adult (a variety 1) suggested, before experimenting these procedures.
