摘要: Abstract Spilanthol presents anesthetic, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory capacities, as well anti-microbial insecticidal activities. In this work, the supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO 2 ) extraction kinetics of spilanthol from jambu flowers was studied by changing solvent density (700–900 kg m −3 at different temperatures (323–343 K). isolated obtained extracts TLC identified/quantified GC-FID/MS. The highest global yield (∼9%) 900 kg m 343 K, while selectivity (2.6% 34.6%, respectively) were 800 kg m 343 K. Indirect values for solubility in scCO estimated kinetic curves ranged between (0.7–2.6) × 10 g /L CO2(PTN) . high process achieved present work indicates potential advantages using to obtain S. acmella
