摘要: A rapid and selective HPLC-UV method was developed for the quantification of linezolid (LNZ) in human plasma bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) at concentrations associated with therapy. Plasma samples were extracted by solid-phase extraction followed evaporation to dryness reconstitution mobile phase solution. The chromatographic separation carried out on a C18 column an isocratic consisting dihydrogen phosphate buffer 50 mm (pH 3.5) acetonitrile (60:40 v/v). detection performed using photodiode array. Under these conditions, single run could be completed within 12 min. validated estimating precision accuracy inter- intra-day analysis concentration range 25–25600 ng/mL. linear over investigated all correlation coefficients R > 0.999. intra- inter-day 8.90% ranged from −4.76 +5.20%. This sensitive fully applied pharmacokinetic study determination LNZ levels BAL samples. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
