摘要: Oocyte cryopreservation is useful for preserving fertility and storing genetic resources. However, the small number of oocytes acquired using conventional treatment to induce superovulation reduction due represent significant problems. Herein, we vitrified derived through high-yield inhibin antiserum equine chorionic gonadotropin (IAS + eCG: IASe) examined yield cryopreserved survival rates relative those vitrified-warmed mouse (eCG). Furthermore, investigated effects N-acetyl cysteine on developmental potential IASe. Compared with eCG, IASe increased achieved equivalent rates. (0.5 mM) fertilization rate Vitrification decreased thiol levels in zona pellucida (ZP), while warming followed by free ZP. Moreover, recovered hardening cleaving disulfide bonds promoting expansion Two-cell embryos via vitro developed into normal pups embryo transfer. Therefore, an efficient technique production found that improves
