摘要: The objective of this study was to establish a correlation and interrelationship between aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) hepatotoxicity induced by TCDD. Young male ICR mice were exposed TCDD via dermal exposure at doses 0, 2.5, 25, 125 ng twice weekly for 20 wk. Histopathological examination revealed classic pattern dose-dependent pathological changes in sinusoidal dilatations, hepatocellular swelling degeneration, fatty infiltration, necrosis. Immunochemical staining AhR also demonstrated that the AhR-positive hepatocytes centrilobular location, especially with those cells cuffing central vein. With exposures TCDD, number increased dose. Furthermore, we all exhibited (e.g., infiltration or necrosis) AhR-positive. Depletion (AhR removal after activation) many hepatocytes, disappearance positive cuffi...
