摘要: A rapid and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatographic technique was developed to determinate NAD glycohydrolase (EC 3.2.2.5.) activity from Neurospora crassa conidia. The separation of the assay substrate products achieved by isocratic reverse-phase chromatography peaks were detected absorbance at 259 nm. Quantities NAD+ nicotinamide as small 10 pmol could be measured.
