摘要: Capillary electrophoresis is an analytical technique that separates ions based on their mobility with the use of applied voltage. used most predominantly in nuclear acid fragment analysis as well DNA sequencing because it gives faster results and provides high resolution separation. Here we describe application using capillary electrophoreses for screening Fragile X expanded alleles to demonstrate application.
