摘要: Abstract Herein we report on the crystallized nanoparticles based Eu 3+ -doped Y 2 O 3 with 5 mol% using citric acid as precursor. The heating temperatures were evaluated in order to obtain best size around 12 nm and highest red intense photoluminescence emission. Nanocrystallite was calculated by Scherrer׳s equation diffractogram of material heated at 750 °C for 4 h, obtaining 8 nm. low emissions attributed presence quenchers remaining from precursors used synthesis.
