摘要: Abstract This work reports on photoluminescence properties of Er3+/Yb3+ co-doped CaYAlO4 in powder form, synthesized by an easy route using citric acid as ligand to form complex precursor. The 1.2 mol% Yb3+ was fixed, while the amount Er3+ changed 0.5, 1.5 and 3 mol% order evaluate a function concentration. structural thermal viscous solutions materials obtained after heat-treatment at 1000, 1100 1200 °C for 4 h were evaluated XRD, FTIR TG/DTA analysis. results showed formation pure tetragonal crystalline phase 1100 °C 1200 °C. Intense emission visible region under excitation 980 nm attributed upconversion process, from intra-configurational f–f transitions. emissions assigned transitions 2H11/2→4I15/2 4S3/2→4I15/2 (green region), 4F9/2→4I15/2 (red region) energy levels. ratio between band integrated areas red green increased Under with 100 mW power pump, also intense broadening maximum 1520 nm FWHM 84.74 nm sample CaYAlO4:1.5% Er3+/1.2% heat-treated 1000 °C 4 h. that these are promising use C-telecom optical amplifier biological marker or/and solid-state laser devices 980 nm.
