摘要: A novel cytokine termed IL-17D was cloned using nested RACE PCR. It is a secreted with homology to the IL-17 family of proteins. preferentially expressed in skeletal muscle, brain, adipose tissue, heart, lung, and pancreas. Treatment endothelial cells purified rIL-17D protein stimulated production IL-6, IL-8, GM-CSF. The increased expression IL-8 found be NF-κB-dependent. also demonstrated an inhibitory effect on hemopoiesis myeloid progenitor colony formation assays.
