Molecular Systematics of Trilliaceae I. Phylogenetic Analyses of Trillium Using matK Gene Sequences

摘要: was conducted using 41 Trillium taxa and two out-group (Veratrum maackii Helonias bullata). A total of 1608 base pairs were analyzed compared., then there 61 variable (36 informative) sites among species. Fifteen insertion/deletion events (indels) six or fifteen also detected. Phylogenetic analyses the sequence data revealed that subgenus Phyllantherum (sessile-flowered species) forms a distinct monophyletic group, whereas (pedicellate-flowered does not form is composed three groups basally located species in tree: (1) Erectum (2) Grandiflorum (3) Pusillum group (4) species, including T. govanianum, undulatum, rivale. T .rivale appears to be most diverged very specialized taxon ingroup members. Our matK indicated closest relative group. The results are concordant with RFLP analysis cpDNA more less those cladistic morphological characters.
