摘要: Coding regions of the rbcL and matK genes cpDNA internal transcribed spacers (ITS) nuclear ribosomal DNA were sequenced to study phylogenetic relationships within among all four genera Trilliaceae: Trillium, Paris, Daiswa Kinugasa. The gene has evolved much slower than in particular ITS; hence trees based on show a lower resolution either or ITS. general topology resulting from separate parsimony analyses ITS sequences are relatively congruent, with exception placement T. pusillum. Both phylogenies reveal that rivale diverges at base trees. In both trees, Kinugasa form weakly supported group. Within this group, allo-octaploid japonica is sister group species. Paris‐Daiswa‐Kinugasa major Trillium undulatum govanianum showed loosely related topology, but their affinities not evident according these two molecular markers. However, analysis amino acid derived shows together clades undulatum‐T. govanianum, Daiswa‐Kinugasa Paris basally diverged as remainder Trillium.
