摘要: • There are currently available techniques of subcutaneous mastectomy with immediate reconstruction that can provide an acceptable aesthetic result a low incidence complications. The technique deserves consideration as therapeutic alternative in the treatment certain carefully selected patients who at high risk for development breast carcinoma. ( Arch Surg 1983;118:844-850)
