摘要: A national survey of plastic surgeons has been conducted to determinr the incidence occult breat carcinoma in patients having a subcutaneous mastectomy. The results are reported herein. We believe mastectomy is most effective prophylactic procedure presently available that acceptable women who have high risk developing breast cancer.
