摘要: Abstract Nanocomposite layers consisting of poly(3,4,-ethylene dioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonic acid (PEDOT:PSS) and inorganic nanoparticles (Ni, Cu, NiO) were investigated as hole injection in organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) N,N′-di(naphthalene-1-yl)-N,N′-diphenylbenzidine a transporting tris (8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum electron layer. It was found that the addition Cu NiO resulted inferior OLED performance for all nanoparticle concentrations, while Ni nanoparticles, improved obtained optimized concentration compared to devices with pure PEDOT:PSS. Reasons PEDOT:PSS:Ni are discussed. appears increase current driven into diode is reason improvement performances achieved by incorporating Ni-nanoparticles
