摘要: Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the main cause of human morbidity and mortality worldwide. Early diagnosis could improve efficiency treatments. New biomarkers needed for identification high-risk populations in order to make accurate therapy monitoring. Circulating cell-free nucleic acids (cf-NAs) offer a promising new noninvasive tool. These have role regulation normal physiological functions development pathological alterations. There is extended research on clinical application utilization genomic DNA, mtDNA, mRNA, miRNA long noncoding RNA CVDs. molecules serve as components generation therapeutics. Our review focuses cf-NAs pathogenesis CVDs we discussing also possible diagnostic applications therapeutic implications.
