摘要: Coronaspray ion mobility spectrometry was used in sample detection following reversed-phase liquid chromatographic separation. Samples were introduced by coronaspray using a fused silica transfer line that inserted through stainless steel needle. Ion spectra and responses via monitoring of reactant-ion depletion the software second gate mode shown for esters para-hydroxy benzoic acid, isomers nitroaniline, mixture acetaminophen, caffeine, phenacetin.
