摘要: The invention relates to a method for enzymatically obtaining protein hydrolysates human consumption, animal feed and cosmetics. process involves the use of proteolytic composition derived from fish, such as Cod (Gadus morhua), obtain which have non-bitter taste retain flavor aroma protein-containing material is hydrolyzed: e.g. when hydrolyzing marine organisms or parts thereof, shrimp, lobster other seafood according invention, hydrolysate produced that has characteristic natural organism. Also provided are food products comprising soup, sauce, cheese, HVP, meat extract flavoring agent, broth, pate, mousse, frying dough, orly pastries.
