摘要: BACKGROUND Intravenous lipid emulsions stabilized with phospholipids have been an attractive alternative as vehicles for drug delivery, particularly the parenteral administration of drugs solubility problems. METHODS Naproxen (a poorly aqueous soluble non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent) were formulated different types emulsifiers (soybean lecithin, synperonic PEF-127 and a 50:50 mixture these). The stability various emulsion systems was evaluated at temperatures (4, 25 40 degrees C) period 6 months by measuring changes in pH, droplet size, viscosity percentage oil separation. naproxen incorporation degree haemolysis induced also determined. RESULTS emulsifier type showed pronounced effect on physicochemical properties systems, whereas storage temperature time did not. Irrespective type, time, between 80 100%. other components (dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) solution DMSO) about 10 times higher than that systems. CONCLUSION Choice is most important factor emulsions.
