摘要: The products of the BRCA breast cancer susceptibility genes have been implicated in cell cycle control and DNA repair. It has suggested that mutations p53 gene are a necessary step tumorigenesis tumors. We tested samples from 402 patients for germ-line BRCA2 more frequent mutation carriers than they controls. Tumors with either had multiple chromosomal abnormalities, as shown by cytogenetic analysis.
