摘要: Packaged concentrates in jelly form for preparing a bouillon, broth, soup, sauce, gravy or use as seasoning, which comprises 20-80% water, 0.5-60% taste imparting components, 30-30% salt, and gelling agent comprising starch gelatin, the absence of by weight herbs, vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, crustaceans, particulates thereof.
