摘要: AbstractThis is a report of chemical composition Buchenavia tetraphylla essential oil, neotropical species from Pernambuco state (Brazil). Thirty three components were identified in the oil leaves state, major four which trans-caryophyllene (9.43%), α-cadinol (10.90%), α-muurolol (14.02%) and trans-cadina-1,4-diene (17.51%). This B. was more complex richer than that Ceara state. The compounds (α-cadinol epi-α-muurolol) are not found other population. differences both oils may be influenced by several factors but further studies with different populations various biomes distributed, needed to identify possible chemotypes this species.
