摘要: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) co-infection with HIV is high among Nigerians. Some studies have suggested impaired CD4 recovery coinfected patients compared to the mono infected. This retrospective study of treatment-naive infected was aimed at determining trend changes in CD4+ counts, HIV-RNA and renal liver function tests response combined antiretroviral therapy (CART). A questionnaire utilised extract clinical laboratory data HBV co HIV/AIDS before treatment six, twelve eighteen months CART. Findings were those Relevant statistical instruments used analyse for comparisons means Log10 viral load count using SPSS package 15.0. All levels sig-nificance 5 %.
