摘要: A liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of neomycin in swine tissues. Sample clean-up especially focused on this research. After extracted from tissue with 10% trichloroacetic acid (w/v) solution, several procedures using MCX, CBA, WCX, and C18 solid-phase extraction (SPE) columns were compared purification effects recoveries. The best result obtained MCX SPE column. purified extract derivatized 9-fluorenylmethyl chloroformate then separated a column detected by fluorescence detector. spiked recoveries at 0.2–10 mg/kg ranged 80.8–95.3% coefficient variations less than 12.1%.
