摘要: BACKGROUND: The aim of lower-extremity reconstruction has focused on wound coverage and functional recovery. However, there are limitations in the use a local flap cases extensive defects lower-extremities. Therefore, free is useful option reconstruction. METHODS: We performed retrospective review 49 patients (52 cases) who underwent at our institution during 10-year period. In these patients, we evaluated causes sites defects, types flaps, recipient vessels, anastomosis, survival rate, complications. RESULTS: There were 42 men 10 women with mean age 32.7 years (range, 3-72 years). included dorsum foot (19), pretibial area (17), ankle (7), heel (5) other (4). latissimus dorsi muscle (10), scapular fascial (6), anterolateral thigh flaps (30). four vascular complications, out which two survived after intervention. overall was 96.2% (50/52). 19 complications such as partial graft loss (8), necrosis (6) infection (5). not notable resolved skin grafts. CONCLUSIONS: an effective method Good outcomes can be achieved complete debridement selection appropriate vessels according to site.
