摘要: Reconstruction of the lateral malleolus or calcaneus region is challenging because poor vascularity, minimal presence soft tissue, and difficulties with flap positioning during after operation. In many cases, local flaps are limited in terms size, durability, vascularity. Free tissue transfer can be useful for complicated wounds. We report here on results reconstruction this using free thoracodorsal artery perforator flaps. Between October 2010 2013, 16 cases defects were reconstructed The varied from 2 × 5 cm(2) to 12 cm(2), 3 10 15 cm(2). Two chimeric-pattern Only superficial adipose layers harvested all flaps, without further thinning debulking process. Five complications occurred, including three partial necrosis two venous congestion caused by thrombosis compression pedicle, one was totally lost. mean follow-up duration 11.8 months. All patients able wear shoes. but walk. made super-thin, allowing shoes, it a complex defects. Therefore, may represent viable alternative choice region.
