摘要: Streptococcus bovis is a normal inhabitant of the rumen but has been implicated as causative agent for ruminal lactic acidosis and related problems. While rarely isolated from humans, S. identified endocarditis, meningitis, septicemia. Recent reports have also suggested correlation between human colonic carcinoma increased levels bovis. Identification strains origin problematic because variations in results biochemical tests compared with strains. We tested cloned amylase gene strain JB1 potential DNA probe rapid accurate identification all sources. DNAs bovis, both origin, were found to hybridize under stringent conditions. The hybridized variants that did not grow on starch. other bacteria including Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron, ruminicola, Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens, Enterococcus faecalis demonstrate hybridization salivarius.
