摘要: Provided herein are compositions and systems for use in polymerase-dependent, nucleotide transient-binding methods. The methods useful deducing the sequence of a template nucleic acid molecule single polymorphism (SNP) analyses. rely on fact that polymerase time complementary is longer compared to non-complementary nucleotide. labeled nucleotides transiently-binds template-dependent manner, but does not incorporate. conducted under any reaction condition permits transient binding or polymerase, inhibits incorporation.
