摘要: Objective(s): Detection of circulating Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) antigens is promising in Tuberculosis (TB) diagnosis. However, not a single antigen marker has been found to be widely expressed all TB patients. This study aimed prepare broadly reactive polyclonal antibodies targeting multiple markers (multi-target antibodies) and evaluate their efficacies Materials Methods: A fusion gene consisting 38kD, ESAT6, CFP10 was constructed overexpressed. The polyprotein used as an immunogen elicit production multi-target antibodies. Their reactivities were tested. Then, the three corresponding elicited by each (mono-target evaluated with sandwich ELISA for detecting M. antigens. diagnostic also compared. Results: successfully analyzed Western blotting. When coating antibodies, more efficient capturing than mono-target By testing clinical serum, demonstrated significantly higher sensitivity diagnosis Conclusion: allowed simultaneously enhanced detection compared routine Our may provide strategy
