摘要: Demineralized freeze-dried bone allograft (DFDBA) has been used extensively in periodontal therapy. The rationale for use of DFDBA includes the fact that proteins capable inducing new bone; i.e., morphogenetic proteins, can be isolated from grafts. Commercial banks have provided to dental practitioner many years; however, these organizations not verified osteoinductive capacity their preparations. aim this study was determine ability commercial preparations induce formation. with particle sizes ranging 200 500 microns received six using various production methods.
