摘要: Improving the quality and efficiency of surgical techniques, reducing technical errors in operating suite, ultimately improving patient safety outcomes through education are common goals all specialties. Current simulation programs represent an effort to enhance optimize training experience, overcome limitations a mandated 80-hour work week, have overall goal providing well-balanced resident society with decreasing level tolerance for medical errors.
