摘要: ABSTRACT This review summarizes available data on the organization of mesencephalic dopamine (DA) neurons and recently discovered diencephalospinal DA system. The entire ascending telencephalic projection neurons, i.e. mesotelencephalic system , is divided into two major subsystems: mesostriatal originating in A8, A9 A10 cell groups innervating nc. accumbens, caudatus-putamen globus pallidus, mesocortical projecting to both allocortical neocortical areas. mesodiencephalic comprises projections lateral habenula probably also subthalamic nucleus. possible existence hippocampus, hypothalamus, dorsal raphe, locus coeruleus, cerebellum spinal cord discussed. originates All cells situated periventricular projects mainly horn cord. It concluded that central are characterized by topographically organized systems.
