摘要: Exosomes are a subtype of vesicles released by cells both healthy and neoplastic origin. Preclinical studies suggest role for tumour-derived exosomes in tumour progression, mainly through the transfer RNA proteins from to other cells. The seems mediate stimulation angiogenesis suppression immune cells; contrast, system appear have anti-tumour characteristics. Characterisation or protein profile could diagnostic prognostic value, example, brain tumours. Anti-tumour therapies be based on exosomes, blocking formation having release therapeutic agents at specific sites. most advanced application this is use dendritic vaccination; safety has been demonstrated phase I studies.
