摘要: Abstract Actual regression of left ventricular hypertrophy was shown to occur following some types antihypertensive therapy both in experimental models and human subjects with arterial hypertension. This linked blood pressure control but not entirely dependent on it; there is growing evidence that adrenergic factors play an important role modulating the response heart measures lowering pressure. However, generalization would be premature because differences reported between various hypertension interindividual variations noticed among hypertensive patients receiving similar therapy. The reduction mass has been associated a diminution overall cardiac performance; studies isolated papillary muscle return contractility normal reversal reported. More investigations are still needed, however, determine regressed heart's performance under stress. In regard, normalization inotropic responsiveness stimuli. Of particular importance diseases, as yet incompletely defined, extent which vascular parallels hypertrophy.
