摘要: Bladder cancer is a common disease and significant cause of death worldwide. There thus great interest in identifying diagnostic prognostic biomarker, as well gaining an understanding the molecular basis bladder cancer. Stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 gene (SCD1) highly overexpressed many human cancers. However, expression SCD1 has not yet been investigated patients with Here, we document that (a) cancer; (b) high more frequently observed late stage lymph node metastasis; (c) higher mRNA level have poorer survival rate than those normal expression. Overall, this first report to indicate association between clinical indicators Our study provided evidence supporting potential role biomarker for prognosis.
