摘要: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is widely used in the food industry for detecting aflatoxin M1 (AFM1) milk. The purpose of this survey was to compare performance three ELISA kits determination AFM1 goat milk by evaluating specific parameters such as precision, accuracy, repeatability and specificity, with AFM2 coexistence. Goat milk, known concentration (5 ng l−1), spiked at 12.5, 25, 50, 75 100 l−1 also same concentrations. At extremely low concentrations (17.5 all were imprecise, while increasing concentration, levels close or higher than maximum tolerable limit (55, 80 l−1) precision significantly improved kits. All presented high fairly good regardless presence that examined first time.
