摘要: To determine whether differences in structure and organization of the transforming regions Ad40 Ad41 could explain fastidious growth these viruses, we have sequenced analyzed corresponding mRNAs. These are 85% homologous to each other exhibit 52% homology analogous Ad5 region. Like adenoviruses, contain two transcriptional units, E1a E1b. Differences similarities strategic sequences transcription units regulatory elements discussed. Northern blotting S1-nuclease analysis RNA isolated from transformed cells reveal that Ad40-transformed region is transcribed into three partially overlapping mRNAs, while no E1b can be detected. In Ad41-transformed only one mRNA found, comparable larger mRNA. a single species synthesized, which messenger found by adenovirus serotypes. Comparison large proteins encoded with protein shows relatively low conserved regions. results discussed relation capacity conventional cell lines.
