摘要: Abstract Background: A deficient antibody response to polysaccharide antigens is determined by measuring the 23-valent pneumococcal vaccine. However, diagnosis of this specific deficiency hampered lack sufficient data and standardized testing polysaccharides. Methods: All patients evaluated in our allergy/immunology clinic for recurrent respiratory infections between 1995 1997 without immunoglobulin, IgG subclass, or other known primary secondary immunodeficiency were included analysis. antipneumococcal serotypes 1, 3, 4, 6B, 9V, 14, 18C, 19F, 23F a modified ELISA protocol.
