摘要: Parliamentary systems can be characterised by particular patterns of interaction between the executive, majority parties and opposition in parliament. The basic argument outlined this paper is that order to understand impact European integration on national parliamentary democracies we have find out how these are adjusted. article starts identifying social mechanisms drive mentioned groups actors describing they modified multi-level governance. In context, members parliaments faced with a dilemma: Successful scrutiny undermine effectiveness governance whereas permissive parliament causes legitimacy deficit. Through case studies Europeanisation UK, Denmark Germany, authors show cope challenge which strategies apply avoid dilemma.
