摘要: Abstract The physically based distributed modelling system, MIKE SHE, is used to simulate the hydrological water balance of a small watershed with objective developing irrigation plan. Simulation first conducted over 109 days, concentrating attention on main cropping season, i.e., kharif (Jul–Oct), and average calculated. It observed that in spite frequent rainfall there are phases when content root zone goes below allowable deficit. In case not supplied during these periods, yield paddy will only be about 70% potential yield. To attain yield, requirement calculated as 490 340 mm for upstream downstream ends respectively. Irrigation schedule purpose suggested. Hydrological simulation further extended second rabi (Nov–Feb), 100-day period. Here, stored existing tank at outlet supplemental season. seen actual yields obtained very close selected crops. results overall illustrate applicability comprehensive system management resources agricultural purposes watershed.
