摘要: Abstract A rapid ultra high performance liquid chromatography/diode-array detector/quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–DAD–QTOF) method and a chromatography coupled with diode-array detector (UPLC–DAD) were developed for qualitative quantitative analyses of the major chemical constituents in Dan-Lou tablet. Sixty-eight compounds including flavonoids, phenolic acids, tanshinones, protostane triterpenoids, lactones, paeoniflorins unambiguously or tentatively identified by comparing their retention times accurate measurement 40 min references literature data. Among them, 19 compounds: gallic acid, danshensu, 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde, 3′-hydroxy puerarin, 3′-methoxy mirificin, daidzin, paeoniflorin, calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside, naringin, genistin, rosmarinic salvianolic acid B, A, formononetin, calycosin, cryptotanshinone tanshinone IIA further quantified 30 min as marker substances. It was found that calibration curves all analytes showed good linearity (R2 > 0.9997) within test ranges. The overall limits detection (LODs) quantification (LOQs) 0.0073–0.34 μg/mL 0.022–1.04 μg/mL, respectively. relative standard deviations (RSDs) intra- inter-day precisions below 1.90% 2.85%, results repeatability less than 2.74%. sample stable at least 48 h. mean recovery rates ranged from 95.5% to 105% 2.96%. linear, sensitive, precise quality control
